Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell pergolas and canopies — aluminium lean-to and freestanding pergolas, wooden pergola kits, louvered-roof (manual and motorised) bioclimatic pergolas, a premium retractable pergola, plus door and carport canopies, a gazebo and the anchors, clips and tensioning kits to go with them. The type, material, roof and any power requirement are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Anchoring, wind and installation

A pergola or canopy is an outdoor structure exposed to wind, rain and snow. Anchor it to the ground or a sound wall exactly as the instructions require, and observe the stated wind and (for roofs) snow-load limits; open a louvered roof and retract soft canopies in high wind and heavy snow. Larger, carport and motorised structures should be installed by a competent fitter. Motorised and LED models connect to a 230 V supply through a qualified electrician. CE marked. Check fixings after storms.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
